SuperNetworking™ Academy, a division of Salmon Academy, is the only networking content, training and coaching organization that caters exclusively to student athletes. President Michael Salmon has held senior level positions for Fortune 500 as well as privately held companies, and co-founded Berkshire Staffing, which they later sold.  Berhsire placed people in companies such as: Liberty Mutual, J.P. Morgan Chase, Goldman Sachs and HP to name a few. He is also an author with three SuperNetworking™ books published to date, including, SuperNetworking™ for Athletes: Real World Ready for Life.

SuperNetworking™ is the first method that transforms the concept of networking from something vague and arbitrary into a step-by- step, sustainable, concrete system that is swift, deliberate, effective and easy to follow. Student athletes will:

According to the U.S. Department of Labor, 75% of available jobs are in the “unpublished” market and the best way to uncover these opportunities are through people the prospective candidate knows through networking. Networking in the real world is not a class or skill that is taught on campus. Our training and coaching teaches student athletes “how to” access these companies through a “warm introduction,” and prepares them for life.

SuperNetworking™ has helped many students land internships and first jobs in companies such as: Hughes Aircraft, Brooklyn Nets, St. Louis Blues, Fidelity, and Bank of America to name a few.

There is a tremendous need NOW for a program that helps student-athletes land internships, positions upon graduation, and learn the life skill of networking. This is where we can help either directly through the school or work with career services.
